» DELICIOUS MILLET
Ingredients
1 cup millet
1 tsp. salt
3 cups water
½ cup unsweetened macaroon coconut
½ cup cashews, almonds, or pecans
½ cup crushed pineapple
½ cup date pieces
Instructions
1. Bring to a boil and gently simmer millet, salt, and water for about 45-60 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients just before serving. Mix well.

» BAKED OATMEAL
Ingredients
2 cups oats
20 oz. unsweetened pineapple
¼ cup coconut
¼ cup nuts
1 tsp salt
¾ cup raisins
4-6 cups water
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in given order.
2. Bake for 1 hour at 350° F.

Ingredients
2 cups oats
2 ½ cups water
3 Tbsp. Sunflower seeds
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
5 dates
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour onto hot waffle iron.
3. Let bake about 10 minutes.

» MILLET PUDDING
Ingredients
2 cups hot cooked millet
2 cups crushed pineapple
1 banana
2 Tbsp. vegetarian gelatin
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. honey
Crust
2 cups ground granola
3 Tbsp. Flour
½ tsp. Salt
Instructions
1. Blend first 7 ingredients.
2. Cook until bubbling.
3. Pour over baked crust made of last 3 ingredients, adding enough milk to make a crust mixture.
4. Pat into 8 x 12 inch pan and bake until golden brown at 350° F.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
7 ½ Cups oats
¾ Cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp. salt
Wet Ingredients
1 Cup maple syrup
¾ Cup oil
¾ Cup water
Instructions
1. Mix Dry Ingredients thoroughly.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients thoroughly.
3. Combine Dry and Wet mixture – mixing thoroughly for consistency.
4. Place in baking tray or glass pan overnight at 180° F. Turn occasionally.
