Ingredients
2 bananas
2 Tbsp. Vanilla
1½ cups water
½ cup cashews, pumpkin seeds, or sesame seeds
1 medium peeled apple
7 Tbsp. Carob powder
Pinch of salt

1. Blend all ingredients until thick.

» SOY WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients
½ cup water (3/4 c. with Soyagen)
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup soy base or Soyagen
¼ cup oil (3/4 c. oil for thicker cream)
pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients except oil until smooth.
2. Slowly add oil, continuing to blend.
3. Stop blender and fold in 1 tsp. lemon juice.

» WHIPPED CREME
Ingredients
1 cup extra rich, cold soy or nut milk
3 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. instant clear gel
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients, except clear gel, until very smooth.
2. While blending, add the clear gel. Continue blending until desired consistency obtained. Add more clear gel if necessary.

½ cup honey (or less)

» GRAPE SYRUP
Ingredients
1 12 oz. apple juice concentrate, frozen and unsweetened
1 6 oz. grape juice concentrate, frozen and unsweetened
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
Instructions
1. Bring juice concentrate to almost to a boil.
2. Dissolved cornstarch in small amount of water
3. Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water.
4. Stir dissolved cornstarch and remaining water into boiling liquid until mixture begins to thicken slightly.
5. May add fresh or frozen blueberries or other berries.

» ITALIAN DRESSING
Ingredients
¾ c. pineapple juice
½ c. lemon juice
2/3 c. water
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. onion powder
4 Tbsp. honey
Chopped red pepper (opt.)
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. chicken-style seasoning
2 Tbsp. cornstarch (or 1 Tbsp. instant clear Gel)
Instructions
Blend well all ingredients except cornstarch.
If using cornstarch, ADD and BLEND, and COOK in saucepan until thick. If using Instant Clear Gel, SPRINKLE while liquid is moving in blender and it will quickly thicken.

1/3 cup vegetarian gelatin

1. Blend till very smooth.
2. Place in oblong covered dish and refrigerate.
3. Allow this to set. It will be ready to slice.
